Scope of work
A recruitment agency's website serves two audiences at once: employers with a role to fill, and people looking for their next job. The site is built for both, with a clear route for each from the first screen, and structured so each service, sector and emirate can be found on its own.
Website design
UI/UX design in the brand's copper and dark blue, with square corners throughout and a header that slides in on scroll. The site opens with a short logo animation: one circle splits into the two-circle NextGen symbol and the name slides in beside it. Visitors who prefer reduced motion skip it.
Website development
A custom Next.js build in plain JavaScript with Tailwind CSS, made of small reusable components. All of the site's words live in one data file, so changing a line of copy does not mean hunting through the code.
SEO structure
A page for each of five services, five sectors and three emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah), plus about, FAQ and contact. Structured data, a sitemap, an llms.txt file for AI assistants, and verification with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Blog
A blog launched with five articles on the questions employers and job seekers ask: what a recruitment agency costs in the UAE, whether job seekers pay a fee, Emiratisation targets, and how to choose an agency.
Enquiries
A contact form that delivers each hiring brief to the company mailbox and shows a reference code if sending fails, an enquiry pop-up, a WhatsApp button, and a separate landing page with its own thank-you page, ready for paid campaigns.
Consent-based tracking
Google Analytics 4 loads only after a visitor accepts cookies, with lead events recorded when an enquiry is sent. Privacy, cookie and terms pages match the tools that are actually switched on.
The website
The NextGen HR homepage as it is live today, from the hero to the footer, on desktop and on a phone. Scroll inside either frame to see the complete page.

Two audiences, one homepage
Most visitors to a recruitment agency are one of two people: an employer with a role to fill, or someone looking for work. They want different things, and a homepage that speaks to both in the same breath serves neither.
So the hero gives each its own route. Send your hiring brief takes an employer to the contact form; Looking for a job? takes a job seeker to a section of their own, which says plainly that candidates never pay a fee. The heading search engines read says exactly what NextGen is and where: a recruitment agency and HR consultancy in Dubai, UAE.
One page per search
People do not search for a recruitment agency in general. They search for executive search, or Emiratisation hiring, or a recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi. A single services page cannot rank for all of those, because search engines rank pages, not paragraphs.
That is why the site has a page for each service, each sector and each emirate, all generated from the same data, plus a blog that answers the questions people ask before they get in touch. Each page is a separate way in, and each one ends with the same next step.
Live before every detail arrived
A new company rarely has every detail ready on launch day. Office hours, a licence number and tracking IDs often arrive later. Rather than hold the site back, any detail still waiting on the client stays hidden until it is filled in, and each tracking tool stays switched off until its ID is added.
The site went live with what was true on the day, and nothing on it reads as unfinished.
There are no performance figures on this page. The results belong to NextGen HR, and none are published without their agreement.
